It is one thing to know how to repair a PC (if you've read Maurice's other boooks on PC repair you will be well equipped in that respect!)it is quite another thing to know how to market that skill, to whom, at what price, from what premises, what customer support to offer etc. and the book makes you consider these issues as well as offering practical advice.
On a personal level I found this book a great help in making the transition from fixing my own PC's to running a business and (most importantly) making a profit.
