This is a quite useful book to read for anyone considering starting their own business or indeed if they already have.
It is a pretty easy read but it is also fairly comprehensive and serves as a good introduction to the basics.
Unlike some other similar books it doesn't gloss over the difficulties and is actually reasonably comprehensive and truthful. There were a few areas where I would have liked much more detail and in certain areas it was a bit shallow but I suppose that is to be expected.
Obviously a lot of this information is available on the start-ups website but I found that this was still a useful guide.

A very helpful little book for a business. It is simply written and straightforward to understand. The book I'd an ideal starting point and the fact it is legally & financially up to date is ideal.
The only reason I knocked off 1 star in the rating is that the book lacks some depth of knowledge in some areas. Yet I suppose this is a small book so has to concentrate on the basics.
