This book would only be suitable for anyone starting a florist shop in the USA as it relates wholly to the North American marketplace. Amazon sell another book which is ideal for the UK marketplace - it is Buying and Running a Florist Shop by Alan Peck. It gets five star reviews from everyone, including people who already have a shop and want to improve its performance.
