Shame its not an episode.,

This is an amazing book with many elements to it. Its got humour, sadness and sci-fi.
There is great character development in this book. Parts of it deal with Jack losing Charlie, Sam thinking she might not have a family and Daniel about Share. Having Jacob is great and in this book you really see how close him and sam actually are and if you want an insight on how Jacob feels about Selmak then this is the book for you. (Martouf is also in it.) The only sad thing in this book is Tealc doesn't feature in it much but other characters do think about tealc's absence. I enjoyed reading this book and my only regret is that this book was not an episode, as all actors could pull it off and visually it would be stunning. Be prepared to laugh, cry and get damn right angry. Hope this helps and believe me its worth it!

Excellent! I totally loved this book, finished it within 2 days! :) Couldn't put it down! Some parts of it had me on the edge of my seat, other parts made my sides ache with laughter! :) My fave bit was about the bed. :)
A great read!

As an avid fan of the TV show, I'm quite particular with the character details and their quirks especially, when it comes to the Colonel's character. Well, this book paints Jack O'Neill at his best, and the story flows like an extended episode of the series. It's one of those hard-to-put-down, must-finish-in-one-sitting kind of book. Enough said. If you like the show, and love Jack O'Neill even more, read this.
