I took a chance on this product because it has V.92 and V.44 support and claims to run under Windows Vista. Unfortunately, it crashes my laptop after waking from sleep mode (a default setting). It does this every time, but it never happens if the USB fax/modem is not connected. It's a brand new laptop and all drivers, software, etc. are up to date. It works fine if you don't keep it connected and it might work under other versions of Windows, so I have generously given it 2 stars!
