I repair PCs for friends very often, and always manage to lose screws when upgrading HDs or changing a CD Drive. These screws are perfect as replacements for the generic CD drive, HDD, PCI slot, and Motherboard screws, and haven't failed.

What would have helped would have been a closable container which would have meant that the screw could have been kept without risk of them falling over the floor.
