I really hate the fact that keyboard (and mouse) manufactures don't give enough cable for me. I have large monitors (yes plural!) and sometimes sit away from the computer on the bed. Yes you can go wireless, but this is a simple solution. Could even daisy chain two. Can't really go wrong at the price.

I bought this cable after trying a PS/2 to USB adapter which didn't work due to an old bios. This cable proved to be the easiest way to extend the keyboard reach. Excellent value for money.

It's a cable, it does cable things and it does it well
