When I was a kid I made my brother an ewok village for his figures (1980s)(it's not in this book!)
So I bought this quite excitedly for my 7 year old nephew who is also Star Wars fanatic.
He was over the moon, opened it at a family party and was immediately engrossed and was talking about what he wanted to make.
Would also be appropriate for a grown up fanatic as there is a combination of quirky and comedy makes, good for crafters and kids alike.

For the star Wars fan with everything. It has clear instructions and they are easy to follow. It has some great ideas from simple cardboard box robots to a crochet R2D2. For adult or child alike its make a nice gift.

I bought this for my teenage son, who is autistic and obsessed with gaming/star wars/fantasy. I hoped that by getting this I would help in engaging him in some family activities though I was not sure if he would be able to do the crafts as he is not very good with craft skills. The book has plenty of really basic ideas which he has now completed and he feels more confident to try a more challenging craft. There really is something for everyone in here - gardening, clothes, toys and many are simple and require little in the way of materials - a must for all star wars fans!

Tbh I've not actually made anything from this book as I bought it for a friend. 5 of us have had a thorough look through the book, the ideas are amazing and some seem very easy to do indeed.

I would recommend this for any long term Star Wars fan.

I was really disappointed with this book. So much so that I returned it. I thought the majority of the projects looked cheap and nasty and some of the materials required were ridiculous. And I'm a HUGE Star Wars geek so it's not easy for me to say that!

Too little clothing for my taste. I would have liked more socks, hats and such. Finger puppets and such isn't my cup of tea. And I don't have any star wars shirts, which is required for some parts.

The R2D2-beanie is really nice though.
