A nice looking and sturdy clock. The digital display isn't very easy to see but the projection is great - though 10 seconds of loud R2D2 style beeping is not so great in the middle of the night or early morning when my son wants to check the time. Shame the sound can't be switched off, otherwise a fun clock.

I purchased this clock for my Son's 7th birthday and he loves it! R2D2 is loud enough to wake him up in the morning and we've had no trouble with him getting up on time since his birthday. It is fairly small and the only way you can get the time projected on the wall is to push the DEMO button but this activates the loud sound effects. It would be great if the time projected on the wall on the hour or at specified intervals. Other than that I'm very happy with the purchase! the instructions were easy to follow and you can quite easily turn off the alarm for the weekends. I would recommend this for any star wars fan.

much smaller than you think
cheap lcd clock is impossible to see from more than a few inches away
alarm is flaky - sometimes it goes off - sometimes not
nice R2 noises, nice idea - just should be better for the price

Good clear projection. However would be more useful as a clock if the projection could left on and was mains operated rather than just battery

Looked great when bought but LCD screen very cheap (like the one you get on a free digital watch!!!) and we had it for only a month before the screen did not work properly - very very disapointed! Cost of clock would suggest a better quality than something you could get off the market!!

There are no instruction in English! We have managed to figure out how to set the time but other features like the alarm - which it was bought for!!! - we still cant get to work! I'm sure with instructions it would be easy but none of us are very good at Japanese, Spanish or German!!

Very disappointed with this product. Only projects the time for 30 seconds and makes R2D2 sounds at the same time (which cannot be muted) - completely useless considering projection clocks are designed to be used in the middle of the night!! Also, runs on batteries only, no ac adapter.

I was very disappointed that the projection only works when you press a button, not all the time, and only projects against the wall, so you can't use it to project the time onto the ceiling. I sent it back.
