I saw this book at the library and even though I hadn't read volume one decided to give it a try since I like the Legacy era.
Even coming in "during the middle of the movie" as it were, I was quickly about to put together most of what was going on. Jao and Ania are interesting characters and I'm always up to see more of Admiral Stazi. This story also picks up on one of the most shocking events from the original run of "Star Wars: Legacy" and offers a nice coda to what happened there. The main Sith has a daring plan and there's some interesting political stuff going on in the background.
All in all, this looks like a great Star Wars story is shaping up. Anyone looking for one of those should give this book a try.
