I got this for my 6-year old for his Christmas present last year. The LCD display has gone wonky, though the material never gave the impression of long lasting power. It was a fun purchase which my boy and my hubby loved. The heavy breathing scared a few guests when we forgot to switch off the alarm.
So if you're after the fun-factor, this is a good buy. Actually I'm buying one again at my husband's request.
