I placed an order for 'Seasons 1 through 5.'

What I got --the first time-- was ONLY Season 5.

Okay, people make mistakes, but for the life of me I can't comprehend HOW it would be that when the invoice says SEASONS 1 THROUGH 5, somebody sends only SEASON 5.

Well, after an online conversation with an Amazon rep., I got a return label and the package was sent back.

I was also informed that the order would be resent. The first time it was via FedEx. This time it was via USPS.
.
Guess what? You got it: AGAIN all I was sent was 'SEASON 5.'
.
TWICE IN A ROW? Something's fishy there.

I contacted AMAZON.COM and was informed that I would be completely refunded. THAT'S NOT HAPPENED YET.

Now, I tried to get AMAZON. COM to send me a return label. Their site allows ONLY for labels printed AT YOUR END. I don't have a printer.

How do you spell 'COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED?'

NO REFUND, and ALL IT GOT WAS SEASON 5? Pretty spendy, close to U$400 for only one season.

I've STILL got the 'SEASON 5' with the original packaging, and I'm waiting for that return label.

I'll wait just one month for my refund, then I'm hiring a lawyer to remedy this matter.
