Original Review for first order in Dec 2010:
I print quite a lot of stuff, so I was looking for cheap paper, basically, but of fair quality. These fit the bill. The paper is of pretty good quality, I have had no issues printing with my laser printer.
My only gripe is with the packaging. The outer carton/packaging was fine, but when I opened it, I was surprised to find the cover (the actual package containing) papers was torn across. The papers were not damaged, though and it didn't look like any had been taken out. Still, this was the first time I have had issues with anything bought through Amazon, so was quite dismayed. Anyway, I left packaging feedback separately.
Review for second order in July 2011:
As I mentioned in my earlier review, I had issues with the inside product packaging, but the paper itself was undamaged and served me well. So when I ran out of paper, I re-ordered this assuming that the packaging issue was just an one-off incident. How mistaken I was. I had exactly the same problem this time as well - the outside packaging as well as the inside packaging were BOTH torn but thankfully, the papers seem ok. I find this unforgivable as this is the second time it is happening.
More importantly, I received some random branded paper and not the 5 star office copier paper as described. The product is 'Eclipse Extra White paper' and the enclosed bill actually states 'Unbranded White A4 80gsm'. I will choose it myself. It is unacceptable to ship some random brand when the product description clearly states '5-Star' as the brand of the paper. Extremely disappointed with seller, and also with Amazon. Pathetic.
Stay away from the seller (Internet Cartridges).
