I've been looking for a tape dispenser for ages, and have gone through several, they're nearly always just not heavy enough and move all over the place when you use them.
This one however is perfect. It looks great, and sits perfectly still as it's heavy enough and doesn't slide around the table when in use.
I shall me using it like made when wrapping Christmas presents this year - perfect!!

A heavy weight dispenser is just what you need for wrapping presents! No more cutting little strips of tape and sticking them on the edge of the table only to find that they get stuck together and then you lose the end of the tape on the roll. This is strong enough that you can pull the tape and cut it with one hand. It doesn't slip about as it is heavy. The plastic is hard and shiny so scratches and finger prints do show up:but that's ok as no one is going to be analysing it for its aesthetics! It comes with the spindle but no tape, you have to buy your own, the large 'Sellotape' branded ones fit in just fine. After buying this you will wonder how you did without it.

Disappointed
Bought this as a present for my nan. The dispenser came broken and seemed quite poor quality. Ended up spending an extra fiver on one from staples that was much better quality.
