Although the consignment of 4 was initially received with several smashed frames enclosed within poor packaging, I was impressed with the response and quick action to send replacements (in better packaging this time). The frames were ideal for the purpose required.

Packaged very neatly, arrived promptly, much better than other frames I have bought and at a great price too. The glass covering the frame makes it look nicer than plastic does.

These frames are definitely good value for money but quality control is perhaps a little variable, and packaging whilst not bad, is not quite sufficient. Ordered 4 of these frames and arrived boxed with a ggod amount of packaging around the top & sides, but none underneath. Consequently, the glass of the bottom frame was broken. Very effiently dealt with by seller who sent out a replacement next day with lots of packaging. Unfortunately this one had a chip on one edge of the frame. I've no doubt that the seller would replace again without any problems, but I can't be bothered - it's not too bad and I would still recommend at the price - just be prepared for the possibility of a little hassle.

Damaged Goods
Ordered 2 x A4 Glass Fronted Clip Frames, waited over a month for delivery, 1 x Frame finally arrived, opened package and the glass was smashed.
