After 49 years collecting British coins at last a definitive guide to coin grades showing pictorial grades for EF, VF, F and Fair. A must for any serious collector.

I was involved in publishing this book (but not in writing it) and as a coin dealer for over 10 years even I need to sometimes re-tune my grading brain on certain coin types that I don't see every day. This book is excellent for that purpose. In my opinion it really should belong to every British coin collector's basic kit - the money saved on buying badly described coins will easily pay for the book very quickly. There is so much incredibly bad grading going on out there that any kind of pictorial reference and guide can only be a very good thing indeed.

The most comprehensive guide I have read.It explains, and illustrates, the grading of the coins in a clear and uncomplicated manner.Well worth the money.
