At first, the adapter does work well...although it's 'light' front and 'heavy' back mean that it tends to bend the whole adapter downward when plugged in, leading possibly to long term loosening of the female mini-hdmi plug it is in. Indeed, the metal front part broke off from the plastic housing within 2 months. Disappointing. Will be looking for a higher quality adapter this time round. -- Indeed, going for the Star Tech here on Amazon, High Speed HDMI Female to Male Cable with Ethernet HDMI to HDMI Mini, as this will avoid the bending issue and I've had good luck with Star Tech thus far.
