This is a great cover version by the wonderful Lissie but why the constant pulsing background hiss throughout the whole track? I thought it was my system but it is there in the sample as well. It is not there in the you tube video of the original BBC recording. Great track, disappointing delivery.

I got to say from the first time I heard Lissie sing with that deep unusual voice I was hooked. This MP3 of the classic Led Zeppelin song of the Led Zep IV (four) aka the Four Symbols or the Runes album is a fantastic cover version. One of many she sings during her live or TV session programs. I hope some time very soon Lissie will release a CD of these great covers with her wonderful deep Whiskey aired vocals. So all though I maybe biased for my liking of Lissie, this is a great alternative version that stands beside the Heart version of Stairway To Heaven with the President Obama live session.

I didn't think anyone or any band could match let alone better the original version,,,,,,,,until I heard Lissie sing this.

A fantastic song from The Great British Songbook let down by poor background noise at the beginning of the song.
