Bought one of these from Nextday to use at work. Water remains hot after 6 hours. Especially if you preheat with a small charge of boiling water, empty it and then refill it. Not scientific with temperatures etc but an absolute bargain for what it does and is. Buy it. Got great service from Nextday Catering too with prompt delivery and quick replacement when damaged in the post despite being boxed and copious amounts of bubble wrap (thanks to Royal Mail for that). No glass to break inside either...

I recently bought 2 of these for a big afternoon tea party. We had 40 or so guests and I wasn't keen on the idea of making countless cups of tea and coffee instead of chatting and mingling with guests, so I thought I'd give these a try.
I was surprised, first of all, that they weren't massively expensive, so that was a bonus! They worked very well for the party keeping hot drinks HOT for the duration and everyone happily helped themselves by pressing the pump tops to pour their drinks.
So, I'm well pleased. I'm sure they will have many more uses for gatherings, parties and picnics. Someone wrote in a previous review that swooshing hot water around them first to warm them up before putting the tea/coffee in helped keep the contents hotter for longer and we found this to be an excellent tip!

The pump action airpot arrived in record time in perfect condition. We have used it on a couple of occasions now and its great. We can get 11 cups out of it so that an all day cuppa for the two of us. Will be as useful on holidays as we have found on days out. Great service.

Coffee flask feedback
This product is excellent value for money. It dispenses liquid easily and keeps liquid hot for a more than half an hour. It is easy to clean and light to carry even when full.
