Having read the other glowing reviews I was excited when the USB drive arrived - it definitely looked cool.
I managed to transfer my data onto it (including lots of personal data) then, the same day, the drive just packed up, despite not having left my desk - none of my 3 PCs would read it.
I was thus left with the problem that that product didn't work, but as it had my personal data on I could not send it back.
This item is what it looks like, an expensive gimmick, don't buy it to do a proper job.
BEWARE OF THE SELLER: as there is only one seller of the item, I also want to leave some comment on Gadget Express (the seller), as when I tried to contact them to discuss the issue they just ignored my requests / suggestions - I would take a careful look at their seller reviews, as despite the good ones there are many people who have had problems when they have received defective or incorrect items and have tried to get help from the seller (basically, it seems that if anything goes wrong then the seller is deliberately unhelpful). So, if you buy the item you better hope nothing goes wrong as otherwise you'll be stuck trying to claim the cost back via Amazon's guarantee (as I had to) - it also interesting to see how little information there is about the firm (basically their `detailed information' says "Gadget Express is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service.", which in itself is obviously wrong, although they fail to give contact details for the firm anywhere or to mention that the real firm name is Ricco Digital - instead they say the firm name is Winzor Ltd.!, all very strange). Just so you know I'm not exaggerating, it took Amazon 4 days to issue me a refund under their A-to-z Guarantee policy, despite the fact that I claimed at the busiest time of year (less than 2 weeks before Xmas), so this should give you an idea of how obvious it was that the seller was at fault.
