I bought this because I needed a sturdy memory stick that would attach to my keyring and not break. This looked great on the website, but when it arrived it had a deep scratch on the surface which spoiled the look - a superficial problem, maybe, but as it was new I wanted it to be undamaged. I spent months trying to get it replaced by Gadget Express but found them evasive and unhelpful. In the end I gave up and started using it, but within days I had the same problem identified by other users - it won't stay closed in my pocket but falls open and flops about. I regret the purchase and definitely won't be buying anything from Gadget Express again; and I'm on the lookout for a new memory stick to buy from somewhere else...

I bought four of these USB drives to give away as presents. They look fantastic, they are fairly priced but 3 of the four had to be returned immediately. One just fell open and wouldn't stay closed. One had a write protect error which made it useless. When I pulled the third drive our of the USB port the case came away but the actual USB internal circuitry stayed in the drive. It just fell out of the casing. Of the 3 replacements that came back (at my own expense) one wouldn't stay closed and another had the same write protect error. They insist on tracked/signed for returns and make the process a pain. I gave up and took the hit rather than spend more on postage. Avoid these, they look great but the build quality is dire.

Heavy, bulky, large key ring, it's always coming loose & flapping about and now the pin keeps coming out which holds it together!

Excellent value, its ideal for carrying around attached to your car keys or loose in your pocket, i'd previously lost a lighter flimsier usb , this one is just the right weight.

This stick drive is great.
Functional and robust, purchased 16GB version and no problems.
Had it a while now attached to house keys, its taken a bashing and is fine.
