Product Description
Fimo soft modelling clay is an oven-hardening polymer clay. It is smooth and soft and ready to use from the packet. The clay is easy to work with and blend and available in vibrant colours. The clay needs to be baked in the oven at 110°C for 30 minutes to harden.
'The 'Soft Starter Set' contains 9 half blocks of fimo (each 25g) in assorted colours. It also contains a bottle of gloss varnish to add a shiny finish to completed and baked models. The pack also includes a work pad and modelling tool to help add detail to your project.
Fimo is not recommended for children under the age of 8.

Fimo Soft guarantees lots of fun for kids over 8. It's soft, easy to handle and ready for modelling. Just bake the finished models in the oven and they can be treasured forever. Modelling sets contain all the materials and instructions (in photo and text format) required.. Before you start you will also need a modelling knife and fine nib marker pen (or similar).

Am writing this review on the back of having excellent service from Play Merrily toys via Amazon. We bought this for my daughters school project and the whole family has got involved. We are building a model garden and friends and family have all enjoyed making tools, vegetables, fruit, benches etc etc. You could use this stuff for so many things and the internet is an endless library of all sorts of projects you can create with this polymer clay.
Very easy to use. Would recommend using a white bathroom tile to mould on rather than the plastic sheet that comes with the pack which is perfectly fine, but not as good as working on a tile. We ordered this product and it arrived slightly damaged and Play Merrily sent the replacement the very next day - brilliant service and a brilliant product for girls and boys. A couple of smaller kits are making their way into Xmas stockings as a result. Highly recommend both the clay and Play Merrily toys

Brilliant fun. Kept 9 and 10 year old quiet for hours, and once baked and varnished the models look really really good. Very enjoyable and rewarding for kids and grown ups!

Lovely product, not boxed as I expected from the picture but securely packaged. A good range of Fimo colours to use. I ordered two for Christmas presents. Delivery cost £4 per set - I think £8 is quite expensive to deliver a fairly light present, especially as it took 8 days to arrive. I am very happy with the product though.
