Design Swiss designer Matti Walker has given the Charly desk fan a design which resembles a jet aircraft turbine. It is an all metal fan with 3 aluminium blades, a steel cage and a sturdy zinc base; to complete the design it has a satin finish. How it works Charly has 3 fan speeds from low for a gentle breeze to a high for a more powerful circulation to help with air movement. All 3 fan speeds are controlled by rotary switch on the back of the fan.
