This book is a MUST for anyone who wants to learn how to use chocolate for your cakes, it explains everything in detail with good clear pictures and to my opinion is the BEST chocolate book on the market.. having searched high and low to find a book that really does explain how to make fantastic chocolate fan cakes.. using Transfer Sheets, making your own chocolate spirals, how to use chocolate moulds, and a beautiful chocolate Nest.. with some amazing recipes including how to make chocolate truffles.. you really cant go wrong, its a lovely little book and well worth the Bargain price on Amazon as this book should really be sold at £12.99 !!!

The only thing I would recommend is to buy a "Marble Slab" and some "chocolate Transfer Sheets" & some Chocolate Moulds.. so you can get started on making your own chocolate masterpieces as soon as the book arrives... !!

Material is clearly and attractively presented. Everything I have tried so far has worked, first time! Good to have details of the Squires shop, too, where they dealt with my order very quickly.
