So big lense goggles are pretty good. bigger window means you can see more, and you dont have the frame of the goggles obstructing your vision. These ones dont make you look like some sort of snow gliding insect either. On the down side changing lenses is a real pain in the high back. The frame is really flexible and its easy to get half of the lens in and then you notice its not sitting properly. Dont let that put you off getting some, you just need to be pretty chilled when your changing them and my advice is do it indoors with warm fingers.
If changeing the lenses was easier they would have got an easy 5 stars.

Best goggles I've owned 2 Mar. 2014
By David - Published on Amazon.com

I received this goggles in the mail a few days ago. (I got the black with the silver mirror lens). As of now, I have only looked at them and tried them on, but they feel excellent. They are nice and wide so they cover more than just my eyes. They fit very well with the lining of my helmet, so my forehead doesn't get all wind-whipped. The mirror is EXCELLENT. They look very nice, and they come in a slick-looking box, with an orange bag to keep them safe. They also come with an extra lens. This is a very nice idea from spy+® to send us an extra one, because if it breaks, I don't have to buy a whole new pair/lens. I will say, the extra lens isn't as high quality as the lens it comes with (it's a persimmon orange kind) but it's still nice to have. Would I recommend this to a friend? YES YES YES. I have also tried a pair of Bolle® goggles, but their not even in the same vicinity. These are a whole new class.

They color doesn't change when you look in the goggles (which I like). If you do like this, you can: 1. Change it to the persimmon lens. OR 2. Buy a different COLORED lens. I have not tried these, but I think that they probably change the color for snow texture definition. It also does not fog AT ALL.

PROS:
- Look very nice ;)
- Doesn't change the color of the snow.
- Fits nice, and large.
- NO FOG
- Extra lens

CONS:
- Umm.... maybe they're a little pricy but I can't think of anything else as of now.

***I WILL UPDATE WHEN I'VE HIT THE SLOPES IN A FEW WEEKS****

But for now, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

UPDATE MARCH 16TH

I tried them out today at our local slope, and they worked great. After finishing a rail and crashing into a friend (smashing them into the snow,) hitting trees and branches (rough day, huh?) they finished the day with only one small, non-noticeable scratch. The only reason I saw it was because I was looking for one. Also, I'd like to point out that it is very nice that it comes in the bag that it does. The bag is meant to clean the goggles. (As opposed to using your shirt, paper towel...) Either of those will just end up scratching your lens. The bag it comes with acts as a cloth for cleaning the goggles (Very handy). For a SUPER clean, you can buy some glasses cleaner (available at a glasses store, wall mart...).

The only complaint I have so far is that they are very flat goggles. Since they have such a massive scope of view, it stretches from the top of my forehead to the bottom of my nose. Needless to day, there is some curve in my head. Unfortunately, the raider goggles do not curve with my head. This allows wind to get in either above or below my goggles. I solved this by wearing a hat under my helmet (A face mask would be better) and pushing them down, so as to block out the wind from the bottom. This solved the problem. Looking at Spy Optic's "Platoon Goggles", they do seem to have more of a curved frame. I don't know though, I've never tried them.

Summary: So far, so good. Almost no complaints, still HIGHLY recommend. Leave voting feedback and comment if you have any questions!

Freakin awesome, could not be happier with them. Big enough to see everything without limiting your view. Probably the moat comfortable goggles i have ever wore. Not to mention sweet looking, you literally can not beat these for the price. BUY THEM!

I haven't used these yet. This is a review based on first impressions. I will update when i use them snowboarding next week.

First impressions:
- They look really cool
- The frame is molded rubber material so they bend: This is good and bad imo. They seem like they could take a beating and get smashed and not break. On the other hand they seem a little bit "cheap"
- They come with a spare lens. Nice
- The packaging was coming apart when i got them
- They come with a nice orange bag to carry them in
- The band/elastic is quite large. I had to reduce it down quite a bit and this leaves some of the strap hanging off/out
- Field of vision seems pretty good. Although the lens they come with (Silver mirrored in mine) is pretty dark

Solid Fog Free Goggle 13 Jan. 2014
By Michael P Nordloh - Published on Amazon.com

This is the second pair of Spy brand goggles I've owned. They are comfortable and durable, in addition to high quality lens.

Pros: Great value, stylish, comfortable, extra lens, extra grippy strap, and does not fog ever.

Cons: Seams around edges of lens are not as tight as I would like, but that is only an issue in the non-quickchange lens style goggle.
Whistler 29 Mar. 2015

I bought these goggles because my previous pair would keep fogging up. I took these out to Mt Whistler and Blackcomb in Canada and enjoyed these a lot. I didn't get to test the low light goggles though since we snowboarded during the day time. One thing I noticed though is that as soon as the sun started setting the original lense would be difficult to see through because it is so tinted already.
