great fun 2 July 2011
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
The kids had great fun for a few weeks with this one which makes it great value for money, doesn't keep them quiet but gives hours of entertainment.

Disappointing 20 July 2011
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
My son is very into "spying" and wanted all sorts of spy gear for Christmas. I drew the line at some of it, but got him this set as I thought it would be great fun for when he had friends round. He played with it twice before one of the lazers stopped working. I replaced the batteries, but this didn't help - it seems that some connection has been broken internally. Unfortunately I hadn't kept the packaging (which is VERY unusual for me), so couldn't return it, but suffice to say we were very disappointed with the durability of the product, given it was not exactly cheap.

Loads of fun...easy to use 27 Jan 2009

Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
My son received this toy as a birthday present. I was surprised how much fun it is. It uses infrared technology (not laser--that would be dangerous!) to target your opponents device. You wear it on your wrist and slip the "trigger" over your finger. Then, by simply moving your finger, you "shoot". It makes cool electronic firing noises to let you know it has fired. Like all games of this sort, you can easily put the device behind your back and you can't be "tagged", but really, how much fun is that? You need to eventually shoot your opponent, at which time you become vulnerable. Once your device has been hit, it beeps to let you know you have been defeated. A simple slide of a switch resets the game, and off you go again. Ages: 4+ to adult. Loads of fun, and well worth the price. The battery life is great. We haven't replaced them yet. Note: on the product description it says it takes 6 C batteries. This is incorrect. It only take two AA or AAA (I can't remember which). Regardless, it is light-weight.

No Lazer 11 Dec 2005
By lazer mom - Published on Amazon.com
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
I bought this toy for my 5 year old, and was very suprised to find out that it doesnt light up. I didn't think it would have a real lazer because of the low price. I did think it would have some sort of red flash or something visable. It only has sound. I still would have bought the toy knowing that but I would have made sure my son wasnt expecting it to light up the way the picture on the box did.
