This album is absolutely outstanding! After quite a few years of waiting, many fans worried that this album would be a disappointment, but none were! Every track has a brilliance and uniqueness that one only finds with this unusual SkaPunk band. From the upbeat sounds of Cheesy Cheerful, so the mellowness of DSH, each song is pure [spunge] gold!

In my humble opinion, this is their best album yet. Really really good. There are so many stand out tracks on this album. Girls, Backstabber, One More Go, Middle Finger Salute, DSH. I could go on. Still with plenty of Ska but with a lot of great punk riffs as well. This is really a great album and I am so glad I managed to pick it up early from one of their shows. As long as the wait was, it was worth it.

This album is absolutely amazing, after seeing them live in Birmingham I just knew I had to get it, and i wasn't let down.
The opening track Home Video is an absolute stormer, less ska from spunge but with the same level of quality, with brilliant riffs and of course comedy vocals.
I would definetly say that is the best track, but with the two minute ska skanker Cheesy Cheerful you realise that spunge are great at what they do best, a good old ska tune.
Spunge also bring you back to a note of serious however, with the track DSH, with the name meaning deliberate self harm. Mind that this is still a great track.
One more go was pre-released before this album came out, and as soon as I heard it I needed a hard copy of it. The video is amazing, and the song is even better.
I fully recommend this album, but keep in mind it needs 1 or 2 listens to get it in your head, but once you do you won't regret it, trust me.
If your wanting more ska from spunge though, I'd recommend Room for abuse or Pedigree Chump.
I'll finish by saying spunge are one of the best ska punk bands in Britain today, and by buying this you can help them on their way to greatness :D
