"The Sprite Sisters" is a fantastic book. I started the book on Tuesday and I finished by Friday! I couldn't put the book down it was so good! I loved all the sisters especially Flame, the oldest one. Marina is second oldest, then it's Ash and then Ariel is the youngest.

I liked reading about their magical powers which must be kept a secret between them and their Grandmother. I also like how it's not all lovely and girlish with the girls prancing around in the garden - the book has some gross things in it like giant slugs.

Verena is a really mean girl in the book and her Grandmother is really mean too. She's also got magic and she does some nasty things while the four girls are playing their instruments in a music contest.

I'm really looking forward to the next book and I hear it's going to be a good one!

This is the best book I have read in ages.
I especially like it because aerial is the same age as me, and ash plays the cello, like me. The story introduces you to the sisters and their powers. At the end they focus on their circle of power on the night of the concert and defeat Glenda Glass, their grandmother's enemy. I can't wait until the next book comes out.
