About the Artist
Sue Fuller is a teacher of both Hatha and Sivananda yoga. She trained with the Sivananda Organization in Neyyar Dam, India and has also studied yoga in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand. She has taught, lead workshops and held teacher training courses in many countries for over 15 years. In addition to her teaching Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health magazine and writes regular articles for many other lifestyle magazines. She is also the author of three of The British School of Yoga's courses. These are Yoga for a Healthy Pregnancy, The Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course and The Advanced Teacher Training Course (Hatha Yoga).

The 65 minute class starts with a short relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body. The class then continues with 19 carefully selected strong yoga postures that focus on balance, co-ordination and mental focus. The class then concludes with a longer relaxation section.
The accompanying guide book highlights the instructions and provides a series of reference photos for each yoga posture. It also contains useful information on how to get the most from the class.
