Excellent text, worth every penny, if you are looking for a rehab book, that explains various injury pathologies and then the rehab procedures for those specific injuries then this is the book for you. Easy to read, good content, and it's all up to date, it's mostly British institutions with some American co-authors, various sections on subjective history, injuries, rehab techniques all backed up with references in the text following the Sports Science journal reference system! Awesome book!

This is a brilliant and pioneering text, which has been carefully considered and developed. The editors have done well to integrate and organise a volume of research into an applied evidence-based account of modern sports medicine practices. The text is arranged in an easy to follow manner with key anatomical concepts being enforced at critical points. The chapter on clinical reasoning is provocative and allows clinicians to consider important clinical questions. The text further provides overview and insight into global sports rehabilitation practices. The contributors collectively provide a wealth of experience and expertise. The text ties together the main components of rehabilitation and sports injury prevention and management in a user-friendly applied manner. I definitely recommend this text to all individuals involved or interested in sports medicine. This is one for your library which you will refer to over and over again.

this book is everything i hoped for it covers all aspects of clinical reasoning and goes into good detail on injury rehabilitaion. i like the fact that it is an english written book too.
