This is a product which claims to be an ECA(ephedra, caffine, aspirine) stack. Its a stack used prior to the ephedra ban, as an effective weight loss supplement. I have used several of these products and Sports One products in prior years. I was not disappointed in this product. It worked fairly well as far as these products go. I was satisfied, and appeared to lose a few pounds in the month I have been on it. Although I only took one per day, as I am not on a current exercise regimine of any intensity. Overall I rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
