Dr. Colgan reveals the scientific facts behind each suplement.
Even if don't you practice any kind of sport or physical activity, you should read this text, because it not only describes suplements to ehance your sport's performance, but also to protect you from free radical oxidation and to avoid the commonly prostate problems men suffer.
The only negative point is that this book isn't about macro nutrients, like carbs, protein and fats, but the title suggests it.

Once again another awesome book, explaining the function and usefulness of each vitamin/mineral and also the form to use, which makes the difference. Some of the supplements recommended have instant results giving a feeling of limitless energy and wellbeing. Dr Colgan puts forward the best advice on which supplements to use without prejudice unfortunately that does include cost.
