About the Author

This is he latest edition from a great series of books on motor sport in years past.
As with the others published previous, this has very good use of images married with informative, extended captions making it easy to browse or delve as you wish. However long you devote to it, you will learn something each time.
Background details from a clearly knowledgeable and enthusiastic author bring the machines, personalities and period to life. Highly recommended and a welcome addition to the series. (The exception to the otherwise unblemished standard is one on the BTCC.)

Anyone who has purchased the "In Camera" series of Sports car and F1 titles will cind no fault with this edition. Anyone who has purchased any of these books probably did not hesitate to order this newest title.

A great book. Being of the age in the early 60's when I saw some of these cars in NZ when they were outdated in Europe & America. The book has great clear photos, especially the previously unpublished ones .I really appreciate the effort the author has made to name others in the photos (which appear in later years in other books). I liked his following book with similar title covering 1960-69 years. Both are now the favourites in my collection .
