Really loved this book, full of useful and practical tips. The fact that he balances out the science(he is a Dr) with 'alternative' approach, makes his tips more credible and realistic.

This guy give you tips on how to stay mentally well, and physically well as well, lts of wells there. He is the guy that told me about the Rhodiola.

This book is an excellent read. Full of advice that you can implement right away in his usual approach of taking things step by step. I really feel that a lot of people could benefit from this book.
