Need to split a USB port into PS/2 two ways? This cable is just the
thing! Don't be baffled by the blurb - that's just for the teccies. All
you need to know is that this will magically convert split USB to 2 x PS2.
The cable plugs into a standard USB socket on the PC or Laptop one end
(USB A typle male fitting on cable) and the other 2 ends are 2 x PS/2
female sockets to connect to 2 standard PS~2 devices such as a keyboard
and mouse. Can also be used to connect 2 keyboards OR 2 mice at the same
time. Colours may vary.

Only an adaptor, not a converter,

Unfortunately this product is of limited real use as it is merely an adaptor; the devices to be connected need to implement a USB interface in order to be seen by the computer. In reality, most PS/2 devices do not have a dual interface of this type and therefore cannot be used with this adaptor. Instead, a converter which implements the USB interface such as NEWLink USB PS/2 Keyboard Adapter (N01210) is required.
