Our kids love these melamine bowls. The bright colours don't fade in the dishwasher and they are hard wearing. We had an ice cream one which did eventually smash on a tiled floor when dropped by our daughter, but we liked it so much we replaced it with this one and 3 others with different bright patterns.

I ordered two of these bowls (partly because I love Smarties!) and they arrived today. Delivery was extremely quick. The bowls are very colourful and appear to be high quality. I shall certainly enjoy using them. Only one word of caution - the bowls are 'Safe for Dishwasher' but 'Not Suitable for Microwave'. This is a little disappointing as I was going to use them for making porridge in the microwave. I can use them for cold cereals, however, and would probably still have ordered them. (It's unfortunate that the Technical Details shown above are inexplicably for a '10 inch Glow Stick' and therefore there is very little information about the dishes on the product page.)
