Spiritual Odyssey by Justin Stone 15 Dec. 2009
By Sheryl B. Adair - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Having just read Spiritual Odyssey by Justin Stone again. I am writing my first Amazon book review. I am surprised by how much more I get from this book each time. The author speaks from deep personal experience and is very straight forward with his insightful information. He speaks with great understanding on topics such as the fruits of Karma, Healing, Enlightenment, Teh (the power of inner sincerity), Habit Energies (that lead us around by the nose), Letting Go and Chi (Prana). I am more convinced than ever that circulating and balancing the Chi (intrinsic energy) is one of the best things I can do for myself on a daily basis. He addresses this many times and in many ways. Can something so simple as doing daily T'ai Chi Chih and/or meditation be the key to a tranquil, healthy, joyous, long life? Justin Stone makes an effective case for experiencing it for yourself. I have taken his advice.

There is so much to learn and I learn a little bit more each time I am ready to listen to what the author has to say. Each writing is short, making it perfect for bed time. I turn off the light feeling like I have just taken a sip from a bottomless cup of wisdom. As the author says, "Only the one drinking the water knows if it is hot or cold." I strongly recommend that you read Spiritual Odyssey and see for yourself.
