This book provides a good background on spirit possession, listing the various types of entities, however if the readers are not psychic ( and if you are you may be not at at the level the like the author claims to be), then it is of little or no use. In the section on working with a pendulum to deal with spirit possession, the author just refers to another book, giving no guidelines on how to do it. In the modality that she uses, the one-to one exorcism, she does not explain how to properly ground oneself to be able to do it, and mentions taking the entity on yourself for the releasing it, which is extremely dangerous. In this book the author makes you feel that she is one of the few human beings alive on this planet competent enough in dealing with spirit possession, because of her superior psychic powers, leaving you with no tools on how to do it yourself. Amongst other things, she reccomends crystals and sprays to help dislodge an entity, but honestly these hardly, if ever, work. If you bought this book to learn how to do spirit release, then you will not get much out of it, besides life stories.I recommend the book "Exorcism" by Eugene Maury on the subject, which is the very book that the author recommends you should read to be able to perform spirit release!

Books like this are gems. Many books that tackle this subject are either too shallow or wade about knee deep in other-worldly beings. This book is neither. It achieves its purpose of getting the point across that Spirit Release is needed, attachments DO happen and protection is paramount when working in health professions and professionally dealing with people on a psychic/mediumistic level.

Very interesting book, it made perfect sense, if your a healer or alternative therapist of any kind it is very informative & gives positive
explainations of how to release attachments, possesion, How & why they attach, Symptoms. Plus many more topics Psychic attack, cords, working with your helpers, guides, Archangels, Ascended Masters, Energy Management to prevent attachment. It's also very easy to read, with easy explainations.

Not very practical handbook
An interesting book on spirit release however more the story of the author's experiences than a practical handbook for anyone wanting to personally release attached spirits.
