I've been interested in witchcraft for some time and own a few books. This is the one I show friends when they ask me about witchcraft.
It explains what spells and magic are. Then she takes you through lots of problems and gives you spells to help sort them out.
Lots of people don't realise that's what it's all about. My friends always want to try a spell. When nothing happens immediately they say "well that didn't work." I tell them it takes time and you have to practise loads. I've tried a few of them. The birthday spell is great. And the first one about finding the Spirit. A real witch will love this spell. It's a good way of practising the craft.
Some people are saying the ingredients are hard to find. Maybe they've forgotten we have seasons and some things only grow in summer. Pretty strange for a so-called witches not to know that.
Every thing is easy to find with a bit of effort and waiting. If you can't find something maybe it's the Spirit telling you you're not ready. Or maybe you lack "imagination, strong will and belief." That's what she says you need for spells to work.I suppose some people will find those ingredients hard to find.
Anyone who thinks spell work is an easy way of getting your own way is stupid. Any one who thinks it is going to take years to be really good, is thinking the right way and will enjoy this book as part of their studies.
Blessed be!
