Help 12 April 2008
Just to help the people above, To run a multi scart correctly you should only have one of the devices which attaches to the multi on at any given time.

If any more than 1 is running then your tv will recive a garbled mess of information like the user above says.

The Tv will find all the hardware attached, nearly all tvs have av 1 or av 2, which is where the scart connects to tv, aslong as you have the correct av channel on, and one of the hardware turned on, you will get a picture of from that given hardware, being a Skybox, freeview, dvd, vcr or even a computer.

I Do recommend looking for a semi decent one thou, a cheap one like above is more of a temporarily solution to see if things work etc.

Does not work 12 Dec 2007
By hacker
This simply does not work. Plug more than one device in and the sound of one plays over the picture of another. Even with only one SCART plugged in it doesn't work properly, as the TV does not detect when the device (DVD player) comes on. So it is useless on all counts - a complete waste of money.

Completely useless 4 Jan 2008
I have to agree with everything the user above said. Picture/sound quality is greatly reduced even with just one thing plugged into it, and when plugging two things in (even with one on standby) the picture becomes a complete garbled mess. Coupled with that, the bottom two sockets don't work at all. I can't recommend against this item enough.

Multi scart does the business
It does the job. No way of switching between devices if two or more activated at once but the way around that is, only switch one on at a time. Job done!

Problem Solver

A real low point
As a frequent shopper on Amazon this has got to be the worst thing i have ever purchased,it simply does not work, pay a bit more and get something that does the job properly.
