I didnt buy this case because I work on a building site, but because I tend to drop things generally. Plus, I like a case that looks rugged and not girly, which this is.

My only concern when I was buying the case was if it was too big; say, if I am wearing a suit. However, the inner case is very small and can be used on its own and looks good by itself. Bonus!

Not planning on using the holster, but it is useful if you are watching a video or making a skype call with video, as it doubles as a stand.

Generally a good looking, hard wearing case, which has flexible uses because it is two cases in one. This version also comes with a screen protector.

Bought this Speck cover Sept 2011 for my iPhone 4s. At first glance it looks indestructible, well most of it is, apart from the belt catch, if you are wearing it on your belt and catch it on anything as you walk past the belt clip comes apart and you have to assemble it again. First of all you fit your phone into a plastic case, then the rubber outer case fits over this ( this is how i carry my own now ). there is a third part which grips the whole assembly on the four corners and two sides, it also has a belt clip on the rear. The only problem is as i mentioned before "the clip itself", having said this, I would still give it five stars as it has protected my phone on several occasions when I dropped it.
All in all a 1st class piece of kit.

Speck, try and sort out the clip please.

I bought my case from the Apple Store, wish I had visited Amazon first!
The two case's, pastic "hugging" case that fits ove the iPhone and the rubber "armour that encloses it really protects the phone very well and when you have a piece of kit over £400 in value it brings great peace of mind. The buttons all work through the case and it feels good in the hand.
My only complaint is that the clip that holds the phone to a belt does not in fact do so, unless i am using the wrong belts! Also if it is attatched to trousers or jeans the phone will fall off while you work, walk etc. The only thing the clip is good for is acting as a "stand" to hold the phone up when you place it on a table.
Despite the clip problem I like the case and Speck have done a good job by and large, in fact i bought another Speck case today and FROM Amazon!Speck Toughskin Case for iPhone 4 - Black
