Each paper is based on one of the specialties so it is equally useful for revision for end of module exams as it is for finals. This is a great EMQ book for specialtes - great for Paeds, O&G and Pysch, worth buying for 4th year clinics.

It covers paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology and psychiatry in lots of detail. All the answers are explained thoroughly and lots of background information is given for each EMQ answer. It also covers the options that were not the answers, which many EMQ books don't do. I highly recommend this book!

Short, sharp and to the point with relevant knowledge. Don't waste your money on onexamination.com, this book is 100 times better (and cheaper!)

This book provides detailed chapters covering various medical specialities. Its chapters on obstetrics and gynaecology can be particularly challenging and the explanations really help consolidate your knowledge of the subject field. This is an all round great book at a very reasonable price. A definite recommended buy for all medical students in their clinical rotations.
