As a fan of Mark De Lisle products and one of the few people legtimately able to say they have trained with the SEALs I would say that again as in all Marks products - nothing groundbreaking here, the secret is in following the workout guides and keeping up with them as they intensity. I would fully recommend Marks Navy SEAL workout book which has nothing special in it but follow it and build up and well you'll be pushing em out like your on the blacktop. Believe me this is a great way to prepare yourself and although nothing can fully prepare you for the rigors of SEAL training (theres a great mental component) this will point you in the right direction. Take it or leave it - it wont make you muscleman etc but youll be able to haul your own weight and thats what counts at BUD/S - you choose!

Like Mark's other book 'The Navy Seal Workout' the book is basic in exercises but it does what it say's, it will get you fit in a short amount of time.
There are 10 exercise programs to choose from and there is also a weight training program for you to follow.
Do these each for 12 weeks and you will have a training book for at least 2 years.
Mark has put in a lot more exercises in this than his previous one.
I would recommend that both books should be bought, then you will have a serious library of fitness books to last you for life.
Highly recommended.
