Haven't open siad product as it's a gift but was grateful to see it was smaller than anticapated and really ideal

For me this is the right portion size for lunch/breakfast compared to other Spearmark products I have bought which have been WAY too big and encouraged me to eat more than i usually would. disappointed by cheap quality/flimsyness of container (white bit) but lid is sturdier. the integrated pot indents into the main container so bear this in mind when thinking about how much food you can get in there. snack or small portion size for sure, choose something else for more substantial quantities. Not leak proof - could only carry "DRY" food which I found limiting and just went back to buying lunch everyday.
In hindsight, should have bought something from the thermos range as design is pretty ugly IMHO.
