My friend (female) has a lovely large "country garden" and asked for secateurs for her birthday! They had to be heavy duty to work on trees and large foliage and I thought a bright colour would stand out among the greenery. After reading about all the secateurs listed on Amazon (many!) I chose these and was delighted. More to the point my friend was delighted and has made use of them quite a lot already.
