...then you should read this book.
It's been a genuine pleasure to read the fruit of Carl's (often humorous) experiences journeying to the heart of 'evangelism', and discovering in more ways than one, that it's simply about Jesus. But we all know how hard it is to keep things simple, so as obvious as the 'Jesus' conclusion appears, a bit of coaching goes a long way. And where better to get that coaching than from someone who has spent years speaking about Jesus with Muslims in 'hostile' Muslim territory. Some of the stories are so heart-warming & inspiring you'll do well to keep the tears at bay.
My only criticism is that Carl seems to forget he has an international audience, not just an American one. Casual references to America (culture, politics, geography, etc.) by authors assuming their readers know what they mean, is a pet hate of mine, so Carl loses a star. If you're reading this Carl, perhaps take note for the reprint :) Otherwise, I thoroughly recommend this book.
P.S. I have since changed my facebook 'Religion' status to 'student of Jesus'. If you read this book, I can see you doing the same.
