A fictional week-in-the-life account of a likeable, funny boy who has ADD, written in a journal format. Designed to look like a child's school notebook and including Sparky's own doodles and notes, it should appeal to both adults and children and offers comfort, humour and solid advice.

4.0 out of 5 stars froma parent's perspective, 2 Nov 2002
By A Customer
This is a really good book if your child is likely to be taking medication to control ADHD. IF not it may scare the younger age group ie 5-6yrs.
My son really identified with the wiggles, and fidgeting references and it created alot of debate.
Not so good if you don't want to let your child know they have ADHD.

However, for any parents........ it is jut another little part of the jigsaw of understanding how you're ADHD child understands the world... which is always a revelation!!!!
