Red-bottomed happiness

There's a lot to love about a book dedicated to spanking and erotic spanking fantasies. And D.L. King's erotic anthology lives up to its promise. From the promising sexy and glossy cover to the "about the authors" section in back it's a wonderful and sexy collection of stories about naughtiness and its (inevitable) red-bottomed consequences.
Donna George Storey's "Anthropology" wowed me with schoolgirl dressup and strict-teacher spanking play. Plenty of dirty talk, too! Sacchi Green's "The Good Soldier" was also a winner -- a wartime period piece with a surprise twist (or two). J.Z. Sharpe's punishment tale turns into a mystery, filled with longing and desire. Also worth rereading is Sommer Marsden's "Sugar," a sweet and sassy story about sugar and spanking. Delicious!
D.L. King's collection offers something for everyone and is a very enjoyable nighttime read.

One of the finest erotic collections in my library, D. L. King's "The Sweetest Kiss," was given to me by a friend. It was a delight! But this new collection, "Spank!," goes way beyond that territory into a realm of willing surrender, well-stroked bottoms, and surprising excitement. The good erotic collections provide the reader with an informed route into acts of sexuality and sensuality that often fly below the radar. I learned so much about the fantasies of the spanker and the spankee from the distinctive voices of Kathleen Bradean, A.D. R. Forte, Sean Meriwether, Sacchi Green, Allison Wonderland, and Jessica Lennox. While Beth Wylde's "Neccessary Roughness," Sommer Madsen's "Sugar," and Evan Mora's "What Jackie Gives Me" fleshed out the erotic landscape of consentual pain blended with pleasure, the stories of Lisabet Sarai's "Just A Spanking," Donna George Storey's "Anthropology" and editor D. L. King's "Richard's Reward" totally transported me into that world. Yes, this is the real McCoy. It's sizzling, disturbing, and erotically unforgettable. Ms. King has done it again!
