If you like your romances hot and steamy then this is for you. Annalise inherits a finca from a father she never met, and bumps into fabulous neighbour Ramon. He wants to buy the finca, she won't sell, and the scene is set for conflict and seduction. A sizzling read.

gorgeous hero 24 Nov 2003

When Ramon di Crianza Perez emerges from the Mediterranean ocean wearing nothing but a pair of black bathing shorts to cover his powerful Latin body, Annalisa Wilson isn't the only one who is drooling.

Susan Stephens sure knows how to grab the reader's attention and i will definitely be looking out for her next book.

The best thing of all about this book is how the billionaire ends up living in the heroine's home instead of his. Annalisa really gets it together and the island sounds great too. I'd love to visit Spain some day. A great book to curl up with and dream

This author is trying too hard. 19 Sep 2003
By SusieQ - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Mass Market Paperback
I've now read 2 books by this author, & I think she creates overly elaborate romances based upon really unrealistic plot devices. I think she could write a good Harlequin if she'd only simplify her plots & make her characters less flat. They don't have any distinguishing characteristics; it's just about unbelievable sexual attraction. You can have that in a Harlequin but Geez, give the characters something else too. Otherwise it's a waste of time. This book: it's dull and slow. I don't think I'll try anything else by this author.
