If your a fan of Takano Ayas beautiful superflat art 'Space Ship EE' will certainly please. However to avoid being underwhelmed upon the arrival of this book please bear in mind all the text is Japanese and only a dozen pages are in colour. For other artists with more publications dedicated to them a similar size book to Space Ship EE would feel weak in comparison to a big monograph. However images of Aya Takano's art are, albeit rather unfortunately, not published as widely as they deserve to be and therefor this delightful book is something to cherish and enjoy.

This book is in Japanese. It's available in English. Luckily I found an online English translation. But... as always Takano's story are full of dreamy twists and brilliant, cute and strange lady characters. Score!
